How it works
So, you love the idea of getting connected, but how does all this work?
We'll place the main broadband mast on site, where we know we'll get a great signal.
We'll beam superfast broadband direct to each home signed up, so everyone on site gets connected.
Step 1: Site audit & eligibility
Could this be yours?
If you’re situated in a fairly rural area where more traditional broadband providers have failed to connect you, you’re likely to be in the minority of people without a good Wi-Fi connection within the UK. The Government aims to get everyone connected by 2025, which means you’re almost certainly eligible for the grant that’s on offer. If you’ve heard from us directly, your park location has already passed the necessary eligibility criteria checks.

We appreciate that you’re keen to install superfast broadband into your park, after all, why wouldn’t you? To make the installation and setup viable we’ll need to obtain a minimum number of signups across your park, so it’s important that your residents are as excited as you are. We’ll take care of all the marketing materials needed to generate this interest.

Get connected!
Once we have achieved our sign up goals we’ll arrange a suitable date and time for our friendly, qualified engineers to visit your site. They’ll install the main broadband connection before installing individual home connections. Every customer gets their own router, and our installations are fast and easy with minimal disruption to you and your residents.

How much will this installation cost our Park?

The installation of our Wi-Fi to your park will cost you absolutely nothing, as the BDUK Gigabit Broadband Voucher Grant covers the cost.
How much will this installation cost our residents?
All installation costs are covered by the grant on offer. Residents will only pay a set monthly fee via direct debit for the broadband package they choose to sign up to.
How do we know if our park qualifies for the grant?
If you’ve heard from us directly, we have already pre-qualified your park before reaching out to you, so we know you’re eligible for the grant.
Will we need to sign paperwork?
Yes, we’ll require your signature on the release form as written consent for us to perform the installation.
What are the advantages to us as park operators?
Fibre broadband will increase the value of your park and all homes on your site. Residents will be happy with their new superfast broadband experience and a good Wi-Fi connection provides a great selling point, attracting more buyers to your site.
Our owners already have broadband.
The existing internet connection has fallen behind the UK standard for fast broadband, which is why this grant is available to you. We’ll install fibre-optic broadband, which will deliver average speeds up to ten times faster than what you and your residents currently have.

Why are you doing this if it's free?
The Government Grant covers all our costs, too, so we can now provide more parks with reliable, fast broadband connections.
Will the installation be disruptive?
We aim to work during the quiet periods on site. The installation is usually quick and easy and we’ll also utilise any existing infrastructure to avoid causing too much disruption.
We’re interested, what happens next?
Register your interest and let us know that you’d like to sign up! We’ll give you a call and talk you through the process. Once your residents are excited too and have signed up to their broadband packages, we’ll come out to your site and get you all connected.
How does the installation work?
We’ll instruct Openreach to pull a large, high-capacity fibre cable from their local exchange to a central location in your park. From that point, we will wirelessly connect you to the brand new network we have installed on-site. Connect Wi-Fi will install all the necessary equipment as part of the installation.
What is the difference between Camping Connect and Connect Wi-Fi?
